Services We Provide

Craniosacral Therapy: The craniosacral system consists of the bones of the head, the spine, the sacrum, the soft
tissue surrounding all of these parts, and the cerebral spinal fluid.  Craniosacral therapy is an energetic therapy that
utilizes gentle traction and pressure techniques on bones and soft tissue areas of the skull and pelvis.  This therapy is
used to release restrictions and restore balance.  CST is used to treat chronic headaches, sinus problems, TMJ
syndrome, nervous disorders, and low back pain.  It has also been helpful with cases of ADD and for babies with colic
and inner ear problems.
60 Minutes-$60, 90 Minutes-$90

Deep Tissue Massage:
Therapeutic massage used to treat acute and chronic pain and dysfunction associated with the
myofascial system.  Deep tissue stokes include slow pressure stokes using knuckles and elbows.  These strokes
lengthen tissues; treat acute and chronic shortening of the muscles due to trauma, stress, and postural imbalances.
30 Minutes-$45, 60 Minutes-$75, 90 Minutes-$105

Reflexology:
The foot is seen as a reflection of the entire body.  Areas of congestion and imbalance in the reflex
zones reflect congestion and imbalance in the related organ, gland, or body part.  Manipulation of the reflex zone
relieves congestion in the reflex area and in the related body part.
30 Minutes-$30, 60 Minutes-$60

Reiki:
Pronounced “Ray-Key”, is a method of natural healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy
(the name literally means universal life force energy).  Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy
field and charging them with positive energy.  It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the
physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are attached.  This causes the negative energy to break apart and
fall away.  In so doing, reiki clears, straightens, and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in
healthy and natural ways.
60 Minutes-$70, 90 Minutes-$100

Seated Massage:
Seated massage is well suited for corporate events and gatherings.  Seated massage typically focuses
on the back, shoulders, neck and face.  The goal is to provide a pleasant respite in a short amount of time while
allowing the client to stay fully clothed.  Strokes include friction (rubbing), compression, tapotement (tapping), and
range-of-motion stretches.
15 Minutes-$20, 60 Minutes-$75 (Group Rate)

Swedish Massage:
Relaxing therapeutic massage, which incorporates both Swedish and Esalen massage strokes.
Swedish strokes include gliding motions, kneading, and friction.  These strokes encourage blood and fluid circulation
and improved range of motion.  Esalen strokes are long, connecting, full-body strokes.  These strokes encourage a
deep state of relaxation.
30 Minutes-$30, 60 Minutes-$60, 90 Minutes-$90

Trigger Point Therapy:
Friction or direct compression is applied for approximately ten seconds to tender points in the
muscle.  The pressure should be uncomfortable, but not overly painful.  Trigger point therapy is used to treat
complaints such as low back pain, whiplash, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, and TMJ dysfunction.
